Thanks for stopping by!
I am the endorsed Republican candidate for Minnesota House District 59B.
A few things about me in case we haven’t met—I’ve lived in the Willard Homewood neighborhood for about 13 years, with my husband, David Strom. I am a proud Latina, daughter of an immigrant from Venezuela, who left the chaos of his homeland behind in the 1950s and became a US citizen. I work for the Taxpayers League of Minnesota as its research director, and I worked at the Minnesota Republican House Caucus as a Researcher for 3 years, in the majority and the minority, so I know how things work down at the capitol. I still track legislation as part of my job.
I ran 2 years ago in the 2014 election for House District 59B. At that time i was endorsed by MCCL, Minnesotans Concerned for Life and got an A+ from MNGOPAC, the State Gun Owners Political Action Committee. An A+ from MNGOPAC is a rare achievement for a non-incumbent, but I have helped get them information about the legislative process, and so I have already proven my support. I am seeking their endorsement again because Supporting Life and the Second Amendment are two of my core principles. I believe we all have a right to life, from conception to natural death, and we all have a right to defend ourselves and our loved ones.
I hope you will consider supporting me as your Representative for House in 59B
Thanks for your consideration,
